Jeremiah
prophesies the captivity of Zedekiah—The people of Judah will be removed into
all the kingdoms of the earth.
In this chapter we see that Jerusalem was taken into bondage,
because they made bondmen and women out of their own people. They didn't honor
the Lord or the words of the prophets to let them go free, but took them again
as slaves.
What does this mean for us? Can you please free others in your
mind and in your heart of debts you believe they owe you, so that the Lord will
free you?
Choose to be gathered, not to be scattered.
